JayDaYoungan was arrested on September 16 on accusations of accessory to second-degree murder, but before posting bond to end his four-day stay at Tangipahoa Parish Jail, he had a jail staffer take a picture of him, which was posted to his Instagram and nearly derailed his case.
Following his release, the “23 Island” star removed the photo from his Instagram, but warden Heath Martin slammed the Amite City prison staffer, who was fired for violating jail procedure when it came to dealing with detainees.
“Upon being notified of the posting of the photo, we immediately investigated,” Martin told The Advocate. “Investigations proved an employee took the picture just before his release. This employee was terminated for violating policy the same day.”
However, the 23-year-old wants to make amends and assist the cop who was dismissed as a result of his conduct. Jay has gone on Instagram in search of the person and has offered to pay their costs while they look for another employment.
“I’ll pay the bills to they find a better/another job,” he wrote.

In August 2020, JayDaYoungan was arrested on charges of accessory to murder and obstruction of justice in connection with a fatal gunfight at a trail ride that left two people injured and one person dead. SpotemGottem was shot in the early hours of Friday morning (September 17) in Florida, according to a report from Complex, which talked with the artist’s attorney.
The “Beat Box” rapper is still in the hospital after the gunshot, which happened about 3 a.m. as he was leaving the studio. SpotemGottem’s automobile was reportedly shot at least 22 times on the driver’s side in an apparent road rage incident, according to TMZ.

SpotemGottem, real name Nehemiah Harden, got himself into legal problems last summer when he was detained in his hotel room by US Marshals with an Ak-47 by his side.
As a consequence, he was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, felon in possession of a handgun, and accessory after the fact to a felony. He promptly posted a bail of $18,500.
SpotemGottem was wanted for interrogation by Dallas police in late August in connection with the suspected murder of Reginald Agnew Jr. on September 30, 2020.
His attorney maintains he is no longer a person of interest in the investigation, despite police believing he may have hinted at being involved in the killing of Agnew Jr. using lyrics from his song “Again.”

Nicki Minaj ignited a massive COVID-19 vaccination controversy on Twitter earlier this week, which quickly spread to major news outlets and a slew of internet sites.
The multi-platinum rapper announced on Monday (September 13) that she will not be attending the 2021 Met Gala since evidence of vaccination was necessary for entrance, and she wanted to conduct more “research” before receiving one.

But according to CNN anchor Don Lemon, the White House was more than willing to educate Nicki on the vaccine. On Wednesday (September 15), Lemon tweeted, “A source tells CNN that @NICKIMINAJ was offered a conversation with a doctor to clarify the efficacy and side effects of the vaccine not a visit to the White House. A White House statement is coming shortly.”
Lemon followed up with, “A White House official tells @cnn’s Jeff Zeleny that ‘As we have with others, we offered a call with Nicki Minaj and one of our doctors to answer questions she has about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine.’”
Nicki Minaj looked enraged that her ideas were being questioned online, and she ended up attacking television host Joy-Ann Reid, whom she said had taken her remarks out of context.

Blueface has spoken out for the first time since video of him and his posse assaulting a bouncer at Skinny’s Lounge in the San Fernando Valley surfaced.
Blueface was reportedly questioned for identification to enter into the club on Sunday night (September 12), which led to the altercation. Blueface allegedly claimed to be a renowned rapper and even Googled himself to prove it, but he was denied entrance, according to witnesses. This is when he and his pals assaulted the bouncer, punching him in the face numerous times and kicking him on the ground.
Blueface replied to the event on Instagram on Tuesday (September 14) by paraphrasing Tony Montana from the iconic 1983 film Scarface.
“You need people like me to point the finger at an say that’s the bad guy – Scarface,” he wrote.
The event was initially reported on Monday (September 13), and video was released the next day.
According to law enforcement sources, the bouncer needed to be transported to the hospital by ambulance and treated for bruises/scratches that required stitches just after midnight. The incident is being investigated as a battery case by police.
