Desiigner’s lucky existence has landed him in the company of some fairly privileged people. In addition to Snoop Dogg, adult film star Kendra Sunderland, comedian Jay Pharoah, and the late Bob Saget making guest appearances on the New York rapper’s “Bakin” single, which he collaborated on with DJ Whoo Kid and Slushii, he also managed to secure guest appearances from adult film star Kendra Sunderland, comedian Jay Pharoah, and the late Bob Saget.
The video, which was directed by Red Fox Productions, features the veteran comic best known for Full House, America’s Funniest Home Videos, and a scene-stealing cameo in Half Baked as a money-catching chef who cooks bacon while Desiigner and Sunderland are nearby.
Saget’s cameo with Rolling Stone was dissected by Whoo Kid, who explained how the comedian’s arrival startled everyone on set.
“We needed a chef for the video and I remember thinking, ‘Who the fuck is gonna be the chef who can make it weird?’” Whoo Kid said. “Then immediately I thought ‘Bob Saget!’ Nobody on set believed me when I said he’d come until he actually drove up and rang the bell, like this was a Full House episode. When you have rappers pull up for videos, they bring a Maybach, or rent a Lambo, they show off. He shows up and parks his Lexus on the grass and comes in looking like a dad.”
Saget died in a Florida hotel room at the age of 65, and the colorful and joyful film comes about six weeks later. While in South Beach, the actress was photographed wearing a Balenciaga top, then on Tuesday night (January 5) in New York, she was seen wearing head-to-toe black Balenciaga while dining at Carbone, which is also one of Kim’s favorite restaurants.
The claims come after a source told Page Six on January 2 that the two are “kindred spirits.” At the time, the two celebrities had only been seen on one New Year’s Day dinner date.
“Julia and Ye are dating,” a source close to Fox allegedly told Page Six. “They’ve both recently ended their previous relationships, and they’ve aided each other tremendously in their recovery.”

The new pair was first pictured on Saturday (January 1) at Carbone in Miami, however insiders close to Kanye told TMZ that the date was “nothing serious” and that he was just trying to enjoy himself amidst his pending divorce, which has been a long and public process.

More information about Johnson’s identity has surfaced, and it appears that he is a rapper who goes by the pseudonym Straight Dropp. People soon uncovered Johnson’s Instagram account once he was recognized, and at least one photo of interest was unearthed. Johnson is wearing a Paper Route Empire charm on his belt in the photo, which was taken just 12 days before Dolph was shot and killed in front of Makeda’s Homemade Cookies in Memphis.
Another photo circulating online shows Johnson standing close to Young Dolph, demonstrating that the two had more in common than simply a random shooting. Dolph is holding a large amount of cash and the two are standing next to each other at what looks to be a celebration.
Johnson is also said to have a criminal record with the local police. Johnson was jailed in 2017 for reportedly shooting up a Memphis bowling alley, according to a tweet from Akademiks. “A teen charged in the shooting on January 31st at Billy Hardwick’s All Star Lanes in east Memphis has been arraigned,” the paper says. Justin Johnson is still being held in custody on a $250,000 bail. A huge group of people began fighting in the lobby of the lanes at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31., according to police.
“They say 18-year-old Justin Johnson left, got a gun from a car in the parking lot, and returned, firing several times into the bowling alley from the front door. He left in a silver 4-door sedan. Four people were hit or grazed by bullets. All are expected to be okay. A warrant was issued for Johnson for 3 counts of attempted second degree murder, employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and vandalism.”

Johnson has black hair and brown eyes and is 5’8′′ tall and weighs 190 pounds. On his right arm, he has a tattoo that says “Jaiya.” Since he’s been able to elude authorities for so long, Fox13 Memphis says that law enforcement agencies are offering a combined reward of $15,000 for information leading to his capture. The TBI has added Johnson to its “Most Wanted” list.

Another rapper has found himself in the middle of a “dinner or money” discussion, but this time it’s not a hypothetical situation.
On December 8, Boosie Badazz asked his 1.1 million Twitter followers, “I GOT A QUESTION FOR YALL LET SEE WHO SMART. DINNER WITH BOOSIE OR 20 THOUSAND? #boosiequestions.”
One of Boosie’s fans, Lon6z, an aspiring rapper from Dayton, Ohio, responded to his tweet by accepting his dinner invitation. “Fuck 20k!. What’s for dinner i’m otw,” he said.
Later, Lon6z, whose true name is Allante DeBrill and who lives in Los Angeles, slipped into Boosie’s DMs in the hopes of arranging up the meal. Despite Boosie’s amazement (“U SURE U DON’T WANT $20,000?”), the “Wipe Me Down” vowed to fly him out to his house.
Boosie fulfilled his promise, and Lon6z found himself across the table from Boosie Badazz on Tuesday (December 21). DeBrill got more than just advise from the Baton Rouge great; he also got a guest verse and a music video with him.
“Worth every penny,” Lon6z tweeted, accompanied by a video clip.
The collaboration is titled “Run It Up 2.0 (Boosie Alpha Initiation)” and features a verse by Boosie Badazz. It is a remix of Lon6z’s 2020 hit “Run It Up.”
“All I know is run it up and get the bag/Hunnid after hunnid in my Louis bag/Shit hanging out my pocket I don’t give a damn/Wish a n-gga would, on the hood he getting slammed,” he raps.

The 39-year-old rapper made headlines earlier this month when he appeared in a video wearing an Alpha Phi Alpha line jacket. Fraternity jackets are traditionally reserved for members exclusively.
Boosie Badazz’s hopes of joining a collegiate fraternity may possibly come true, as he just revealed his plans to attend Jackson State University in Mississippi in 2022.
“I wanna feel normal. I missed that part of my life,” he said. “So I wanna enroll and try and walk down that thang and go to class and try my brain. ‘Cause I still have matter up there that needs to be explored.”
Having saying that, Lon6z still believes Boosie Badazz gave him a lot of advice over their meal. “Ain’t gon lie, knowledge was worth 100,” he tweeted to a fan, adding that Boosie had given him “crazy gems.”
On Tuesday (December 21), Westside Gunn took to Instagram to warn his followers that he was on his way to the hospital after being unable to catch his breath.
“Pray for me they had to call for emergency,” Westside wrote on his Instagram story. He could be seen laid out on a stretcher with EMT’s surrounding him. “I couldn’t breath, it’s under control now but otw to hospital. 2x this month.”
While it’s unknown why Gunn is being taken to the hospital right now, the Griselda commander temporarily self-admitted to a hospital in 2020 after testing positive on COVID-19, a frightening event that he subsequently alleged nearly killed him.
“I have a confession to Make I’m a Corona Survivor,” he wrote on Instagram. “I didn’t want anybody feeling sorry for me I had to thug it out for weeks I didn’t get to see my kids I went to the hospital feeling like I was breathing my last breath the fans and the love I was getting kept me strong,” he wrote on Instagram.
Bizzy Bone made news on December 2 when he seemed to start a brawl with Crunchy Black and Gangsta Boo during the Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Three 6 Mafia Verzuz show in Los Angeles. “You ugly muthafuckas ain’t finna be mocking me while I’m on muthafuckin’ stage!” Bizzy said as the act quickly came to a halt.
He threw a water bottle in their way after yelling Gangsta Boo’s name, and commotion followed. After Bizzy Bone apologized, the show moved on. But, despite the fact that she was clearly a target, Gangsta Boo is acting as if she wasn’t there. When questioned about the incident during an interview with VladTV, the Memphis rap legend feigned stupid.
When the host proposed that the event take a sharp left virtually as soon as it started, she responded, “What are you referring to?” Vlad made an attempt to spark her recollection by reminding her about Juicy. “N-gga, suck my dick,” J instructed Bizzy, but she denied it at first, but later revealed, “He said, ‘N-gga, suck my dick.'”
Gangsta Boo continued to act amnesiac, claiming she had no recollection of what had transpired until she saw the camera footage hours later. She did, however, manage to admit that Bizzy Bone’s hurling of objects in her way concerned her the most.
“It was the throwing stuff at me,” she said. “I don’t care what you was going to say or what you didn’t say. The throwing stuff … everybody has triggers, and that was a scary moment to see my multi-millionaire friends … I don’t even remember it. I remembered it when I watched it.”
Bobby Shmurda is known for his passion of dancing. Bobby started the “Shmoney Dance” trend in 2014, and since his release from jail in February following a six-year sentence, he hasn’t stopped moving his body.
Some admirers have chastised the Brooklyn native for his “fruity” acts, but it appears that the public has finally caught on. Bobby dropped his new “Shmoney” video, which features Quavo and Rowdy Rebel, on Friday (December 17), and it’s already spawned a slew of TikTok imitators.
Bobby Shmurda took to Instagram on Monday (December 20) to share some of the funniest attempts he’s seen so far, claiming that they’ve made him laugh out loud.
In the first video, @onlyatb, a prominent TikTok user, mimics Bobby’s pelvic thrusts throughout the song video. On TikTok, the original video has received over 1.2 million views.
Meanwhile, the second video depicts a boy who looks like Bobby’s younger brother flinging money and copying the “Shmoney” video’s gyrations.
Bobby Shmurda’s dance routines aren’t only a hit among TikTok fans. Cardi B, a fellow New Yorker, responded to the GS9 rapper’s detractors on Twitter on Sunday (December 19), chastising them for mocking a young guy enjoying his newfound freedom.
“Y’all really be trying Bobby cause he be dancing and no lie when I used to do visits in Rikers Bobby & Rowdy were always in OBC solitary confinement cause they was really getting it rockin,” she wrote. “Them boys ain’t punked out in jail really stood on their shit unlike a lot of rappers.”
She added, “He’s Happy ass FUCK !!full of life !!! HE DID 7 years in fucking jail. Celebrate freedom everyday and however the fuck you want to do it !!!”

Wiz Khalifa has been in the business for a long time and can safely be considered a rap veteran at this point. In his career, the Pittsburgh native has seen a lot, including the dark side, as seen by the recent deaths of his rap colleagues.
Wiz Khalifa took to Twitter on Sunday (December 19) to provide tips to his fellow rappers on how to start the new year. Wiz believes that performers need to think smarter and be there for one another.
“As entertainers lets try some shit next year,” Wiz wrote on Twitter. “Minding our own business. Not dis respecting each others family, dead homies, or area they come from. Stop using someone else’s significant other as a one up to the other person. Actually showing the same love you expect to get.”
He added, “Not sayin any of these are a direct cause of violence but changin em could help.”
Wiz’s comments came only days after Drakeo the Ruler was stabbed and died as a result of his injuries at the Once Upon a Time in LA festival in Los Angeles, California. Slim 400, a YG associate, was shot and slain in Los Angeles a week prior, and Young Dolph was gunned down in his birthplace of Memphis, Tennessee, last month.
And although Wiz may not be addressing other rappers directly, there is one who is defying what he preached in his tweets. Blac Youngsta played at a Dallas club on Friday (December 17), but the crowd didn’t appear to like the concert.
Blac Youngsta performed his 2016 diss hit “Shake Sum” directed at Young Dolph in a video clip uploaded online. Fans were caught surprised by Blac Youngsta’s decision, while social media users mocked him for his lackluster performance.

Despite being charged with criminal assault for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion, Tory Lanez has been partying hard. He was seen out on the town with NBA icon Allen Iverson on Sunday (December 19).
Iverson and the Canadian rapper were given to bottle service in a video posted on Lanez’s Instagram account, with one of the bottle ladies putting up a sign that reads, “Welcome Allen Iverson.”

After a year of COVID-19-related delays, the preliminary hearing for Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion was held in Los Angeles on Tuesday (December 14). Tory Lanez allegedly said, “Dance bitch!” before discharging his firearm and injuring Megan Thee Stallion in both feet, according to LAPD investigator Ryan Stonger, who questioned Megan Thee Stallion on the scene following the incident.
A reporter from Rolling Stone covered the hearing live, but Lanez turned to Twitter to say the media got it incorrect.
“NAH … i need someone to REPORT what was REALLY said in court today,” the “Say It” rapper tweeted. “45 minutes of my lawyer stating contradictory evidence that proves my innocence should never come back as one false story forced to the media.”
Lanez has maintained his innocence for a long time, even after being charged criminally in October 2020. He was in the courtroom for the hearing on Tuesday, but he didn’t testify. Last September, he released DAYSTAR, a whole album aimed at clearing his name, and a few people believed him, including Wack 100, who accused Meg of lying about her injuries last month.
“Let’s really do the math,” he said. “Some of the smallest bones in our muthafuckin’ body is in our foot. N-gga, if you take a bullet to that foot and it break them bones, you are not walking backwards with your hands in the air. It is not happening. It’s not gonna fucking happen.”
