A fresh $300 million lawsuit has been filed as a result of 50 Cent’s “vicious intimidation” of an ex-drug boss.

Corey “Ghost” Holland, who claims that 50 was given permission to conduct a nasty and ongoing campaign of intimidation against him, is suing Lionsgate Entertainment, according to AllHipHop.

In the case, it is stated that 50 Cent planned an intimidation campaign against Ghost, and that Lionsgate Entertainment was aware of 50’s negative tendencies but did not take the appropriate steps to stop him.

“The defendants knew about Mr. Jackson’s propensity to cause harm and violence to innocent and or vulnerable people, before they hired him and then retained him, then rewarding him with a 150 million dollar contract,” the documents read.

“Mr. Jackson is very open about his violent behavior, the defendant even acknowledged this behavior and chose to ignore it, due to the financial gains they had made with Mr. Jackson from 2016-2022, and still do partner with Jackson on numerous television deals.

“Mr. Jackson was found guilty of intentional infliction of emotional distress, just months before renewing his employment with the defendants, so the defendants knew what they were getting when they chose to do business with and employ Mr. Jackson.

“Mr. Jackson on video prior to receiving a massive contract with the defendants explains how he will HIRE HITMAN TO KILL PEOPLE FROM THE HOOD, who file any lawsuits on him, so his behavior is forseeable.”

It happens after Corey “Ghost” Holland sued 50 Cent, Courtney Kemp, and the STARZ network for $1 billion in 2021 on claims that Power was based on his life. At the time, 50’s legal team rejected those claims.

Ghost asserted earlier this year that 50 Cent visited his home twice in either July or August 2021. He said the rapper wanted to confront him and that his crew was armed.

On May 9, the two sides are slated to meet to attempt mediation in the $1 billion Power case.

 

 

Court documents obtained by Radar reveal that 50 Cent, the Power mogul, has requested that Teairra Mari, the Love & Hip Hop star, testify under oath about her finances. He is attempting to reclaim $50,000 that he believes she owes him and has accused her of stalling payment. This situation highlights the importance of promptly repaying debts, whether they are owed to individuals or taken out as a cash loan from a financial institution.

Mari must come before a judge with bank account information in hand to explain her money under oath, according to the records. If the victim’s cause is proven to be true and if he fails to oblige to her needs then it is better to go for lowell financial bailiffs who will make sure that he settles the debt by selling the brand that he owns. Mari filed a lawsuit against the Queens superstar in 2018 after he shared leaked sex footage with the VH1 actress on his social media sites.

A year later, a court concurred with Fif, dismissing the complaint and ordering Mari to pay the rapper $30,000 in legal expenses. Mari hasn’t paid a dollar since the judgment, and the additional $20,00 comes from various punishments that have accrued over the years. She’s also resisted the rapper’s attempts to collect her wages and bank documents.

Mari “has been the subject of repeated sanctions by this Court but has been seemingly unswayed by such actions and has not paid any money towards the Judgement or sanctions against her, making the increased penalties associated with a finding of contempt necessary,” Fif’s attorney wrote in the latest filing.

If a judge signs off on this, the order will reportedly read “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.” 50 also said Mari should be found in contempt for ignoring the initial ruling altogether.

The latest filing comes after 50 reignited his feud with Mari on social media back in January, reposting a photo from one of her press conferences with her celebrity attorney to remind her and his 27 million followers that he has yet to be paid.

“Remember this, Smh she better give me my money,” he wrote in the caption. “Before it start to feel like she went to college and her student loans catching up with her.”

Since late November, when the television executive mocked one of Madonna’s lingerie-clad picture sessions, the two have been involved in a social media battle. The 63-year-old pop star posted an Instagram video on Saturday (December 11) explaining why she believed 50 Cent’s apology was “bullshit.”

Although the Material Girl stated that she has forgiven 50 Cent for attempting to demean her, 50 Cent seemed to be unwilling to let go of the grudge.

50 Cent responded to her criticisms with another Instagram video early Sunday morning (December 12), this time employing a filter from the horror film The Purge.

Between fragments of Madonna’s Instagram posts, 50 Cent seemed to reject her claims by shaking his head or gently refuting them. Despite Madonna’s claims to the contrary, he claimed, “Your feelings were hurt” and “you took it personally.”

He included in the caption, “The Purge begins now! hey is there an age limit for this kinda shit man, i’m asking for a friend.”

Madonna was blunt in her criticism of 50 Cent, accusing him of seeking to “shame and humiliate” her.

“Your apology is fake,” she said. “It’s bullshit and it’s not valid. Let me just hit those four or five points about your apology being invalid. Number one, it’s not hard to find footage of you and me hanging out. Number two, an apology is not valid if you don’t know what you’re apologizing for.

When it comes to money, 50 Cent has always been a genius. Fif’s bank account soared over $38 million early in his career after co-headlining the Roc The Mic Tour with JAY-Z in 2003.

Fif was still living simply when he initially broke through, even with all that money in the bank.

“My first run, the Roc The Mic Tour and everything we did, I came back and had $38 million in my account,” the Queens native revealed during a recent interview with Brian J. Roberts while promoting his new BMF series. “And all I had was a two-bedroom apartment that was $800 a month.”

It wasn’t long until 50 Cent stepped up and bought Mike Tyson’s enormous 52-room Connecticut house. While the purchase was motivated by a desire to “enjoy” the rewards of his effort and be free of the financial “restrictions” he’d grown up with, 50 admitted that it was also for tax considerations.

“If you don’t spend it, you know the IRS is gonna take it,” he explained. “I needed the expenses, so I ended up buying Mike Tyson’s home in Farmington and stuff like that. I was adjusting to it.”

In 2003, 50 Cent reportedly paid $4.1 million for Mike Tyson’s estate. The 50,000-square-foot mansion included an astounding 21 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, an indoor pool, hot tub, green-screen room, indoor court, several gaming rooms, and a recording studio, among other amenities.

Fif sold the house he had called home for almost 15 years, despite the fact that it wasn’t an easy sell. Curtis put the property on the market in 2007 for $18.5 million and attempted for years to find a buyer. He eventually sold it for $2.9 million in 2019 and gave the entire proceeds to his charity, G-Unit Foundation.

These days, 50 Cent makes his money from his burgeoning STARZ TV program empire, and there’s more on the way. 50’s new show Black Mafia Family, which premiered last month, has already been renewed for a second season after just one episode.
