In his fiery new song “F-CK THE INDUSTRY PT. 2,” NBA YOUNGBOY DISSEMINATES DRAKE, J. COLE, & LIL YACHTY

NBA On his angry new song “Fuck The Industry Pt. 2,” YoungBoy has fired shots at Drake, J. Cole, and Lil Yachty.

On Friday (May 12), the rapper from Baton Rouge published his most recent album, Richest Opp, which included a song that flings verbal jabs at a number of well-known artists.

YoungBoy begins by referring to Drake as his “enemy” and labeling him a “bitch,” making reference to the 6 God’s friendship with Lil Durk, and asserting that he refused to collaborate with him despite enjoying his music.

“Talk to Drake ‘cross FaceTime, he wasn’t feelin’ me/ Told me that he fuck with Durk, damn, that shit was gettin’ to me/ Told me that he like the shit I’m doin’, but can’t do shit with me/ So when we cross our ways, fuck what you say, bitch, you my enemy,” he snarls.

In recent years, Drizzy has frequently teamed up with Durk, YoungBoy’s fierce opponent, on songs like 2020’s “Laugh Now Cry Later” and his Certified Lover Boy album track “In the Bible.”

Then, NBA YoungBoy calls J. Cole, who is featured on Durk’s brand-new song, “All My Life,” which was also released on Friday, a “ho” for allegedly ghosting him after they agreed to collaborate.

“J a ho, that n-gga played it cold, like he was gon’ do a feature/ So I texted his line, a muscle sign, I swear it’s gon’ be nice to meet you,” he raps.

J. Cole allegedly waited eight hours in the studio for NBA YoungBoy in March 2021, but the rapper never showed up, according to Akademiks.

“J. Cole waited in the studio for eight hours for YoungBoy to show up,” Ak said. “YoungBoy didn’t show up. Facts. These are facts! Your favorite rapper, n-gga. J. Cole? He sat in the studio for eight hours for a session with YoungBoy. YoungBoy never showed up. Let me be fair to YoungBoy. No disrespect to J. Cole, J. Cole’s just a rapper.”

“YoungBoy be going through shit. He’s living life, he’s going through shit. YoungBoy said, ‘Yo, my energy is not fit to be in the studio with that guy.’ It wasn’t about J. Cole. It was just that he, and personally what he was going through, wasn’t fit to be in that environment.”

NBA YoungBoy finishes the vicious song by criticizing Lil Yachty for his previous connection with JT from City Girls.

“Bitch, play with me, Lil Yachty mad about JT, f-ggot/ Bitch, play with me, half of y’all ain’t got more money than me,”

Yachty replied to YoungBoy’s attack on Twitter immediately after the album’s release, but neither Drake nor J. Cole have yet provided a response. The Atlanta rapper shared a brief video of 50 Cent exclaiming, “I mean, what he say ‘fuck me’ for?!” in shock.

YoungBoy responded with a video of his own, claiming Yachty had “checked” him for shooting JT while they were still together.

Before laughing, he said, “Yachty crazy than a muthafucka. Aye bitch, you got me laughing over here, boy. Bitch, you know why I said that, mane. You called me talking about that crazy ass girl, boy,”

“Mama, that bitch really checked me ’bout that girl. That bitch checked the gangsta, man … If I ain’t mistaken, bruh, you say you X’d me out trying to talk to your bitch. And I was confused ’cause you a ho and you was coming at me like — I ain’t really do that.”

“Bitch, I got a mental problem over here and I got too much money. You n-ggas might as well stay the fuck out my way.”

NBA YoungBoy’s Richest Opp, a collection of 17 new songs with a single feature from NBA Ben10, was published through Never Broke Again/Motown Records. It is his third album to be released this year after I Rest My Case in January and Don’t Try This at Home in April.

“Entertainment and reality is very different. What I do think, some of the entertainers make their entertainment their reality also, if I said that right.”

NBA YOUNGBOY’S BABY MOTHER STABBED; YAYA MAYWEATHER GETS SIX-YEAR SENTENCE

Yaya Mayweather was found guilty of stabbing NBA YoungBoy’s baby mother in 2020 and was given a six-year probationary period as punishment.

On April 4, 2020, there was apparently a fight at YoungBoy’s house, and Mayweather, then 19 years old, stabbed Lapattra Lashai Jacobs when she found the woman inside the rapper’s home.

The world-famous boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s daughter Yaya allegedly pretended to be the Top rapper’s fiancée and charged Jacobs with two knives when the two started fighting.

Later that month, when Jacobs, the mother of one of YoungBoy’s children, allegedly sustained many lacerations on her arm, she entered a plea to aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.

According to KPRC-TV, Yaya got Deferred Adjudication of Guilt on Thursday (December 15) and was given a six-year probationary period.

YoungBoy is still completely focused on his work and has not yet commented on any of the claims. The native of Baton Rouge joined together with Amazon earlier this month to debut his own radio program.

On the 90-minute discussion show, which debuted last Friday (December 9) on Amazon’s live radio service Amp, the rapper played some of his favorite tracks, spoke with listeners, and jammed with Rich The Kid.

When Rich was questioned by radio host YoungBoy about a picture of him standing with Lil Durk earlier this year, YoungBoy didn’t hold back.

“I want to ask you about the famous picture with the guy who supposedly don’t like the Slime. I want you to tell me about that,” he said, to which RTK attempted to wriggle out of answering.

“Well shit, you know, that was my performance. We spoke on that, I called you after that,” he replied before adding: “But you know, I wanna just be on some stop the violence shit, you feel me?”

NBA YoungBoy has had an active year in music in 2022, releasing eight full-length albums. Even though he fell short by two of his lofty aim of releasing 10 mixtapes in a single year, he has assured fans that there would be even more music to come in 2023.

“My album drop January — I don’t know the date. Just wait,” he said in a video that surfaced online earlier this month. “Your favorite rapper, that boy gon’ be able to talk about whatever the fuck he talking about because you know I’m that thang, bitch, so I’ma leave it at that.”

NBA YOUNGBOY APPEARS TO ANNOUNCE HIS NINTH CHILD

It looks like NBA YoungBoy is expecting his ninth kid.

The 22-year-old rapper reportedly made the announcement on Sunday, September 4, when he shared an Instagram snapshot of his fiance Jazlyn Mychelle’s growing tummy and dazzling engagement ring.

He posted a picture of his growing baby bulge with the remark, “Dåñgērøùš Łōvê,” along with a picture of him taking a mirror selfie with his two small children, a boy and a girl.

On Sunday, YoungBoy also made his YouTube debut with the song and music video “Purge Me,” which offers fans a deeper peek at his home life.

The native of Baton Rouge can be seen cuddling up to several of his small children inside his house while enjoying romantic moments with his pregnant fiancée.

“I won’t hurt you if you don’t hurt me / I ain’t seen you yet, I ain’t worried / I got choppas on the seat, I ain’t worried / Got my daughter upstairs, please don’t try to purge me,” he sings in a high-pitched voice on the hook.”

Earlier this year, NBA YoungBoy proposed to Mychelle, a social media influencer who is also in her early 20s. When he bought a 30-carat diamond-encrusted ring from Philadelphia-based Shyne Jewelers in February, he fuelled engagement rumors.

According to reports, The Last Slimeto artist has five sons and three daughters among his eight offspring from seven separate relationships. Last year, he had his youngest daughter with Mychelle.

Nick Cannon, who announced in August that he is expecting kid number 10, is still ahead of YoungBoy Never Broke Again despite having a sizable (and presumably still expanding) brood.

The Wild ‘N Out actor captioned a video of his pregnancy photoshoot with ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell, “Time Stopped and This Happened,” on Instagram. He continued, “#Sunshine #SonRISE,” implying that the youngster was a male.

After considering getting a vasectomy (“I ain’t looking to populate the Earth completely,” he joked), Cannon received the news but ultimately decided against the snip.

“They scared me a little bit,” he said in May. “It will take some more convincing. I took the initiative, just to see what they was talking about. Let’s just say I went on the first date, but we are not committed [laughs].”

NBA YOUNGBOY DISMISSED IN FEDERAL GUN CASE AS NOT GUILTY

Friday was another legal triumph for NBA YoungBoy (July 15). A grand jury cleared YB of the federal firearms allegations he was up against in Los Angeles, according to The Advocate.

The prosecution had been considering a harsh seven-year jail term for the Baton Rouge native. On March 22, 2021, YoungBoy was apprehended in Los Angeles following a brief pursuit—and even on foot—until police discovered him in a neighbor’s garden.

Police attempted to stop the 22-year-old once he left his L.A. home due to an outstanding warrant against him resulting from a Baton Rouge weapons charge. home.

Police reportedly recovered a FN.45 handgun and 12 rounds of ammo after examining YB’s automobile. After tying these items to YB, they then detained him.

Following the decision, an exuberant NBA YoungBoy photographed with his successful legal team in front of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building while beaming from ear to ear.

Fans joined in the fun as they sang along to some YB hits like “I HATE YOUNGBOY” and shouted obscenities outside the doors of the United States Courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles after learning their idol would be getting off easy.

YoungBoy isn’t yet safe from harm. After being detained in his hometown during a video shoot in September 2020, he is currently facing a separate firearms accusation in Baton Rouge. According to reports, the case’s status conference is set for August 2.

LYRICS FROM NBA YOUNGBOY DISPUTED AS EVIDENCE IN A FEDERAL GUN CASE

After being granted bond in his federal gun case last October, NBA YoungBoy (real name Kentrell Gaulden) has been residing in Utah under severe house arrest rules. The 22-year-old rapper won the case right away as the trial got underway in the Central District of California on Wednesday, July 13.

Rolling Stone reports that the prosecution attempted to use lyrics from YoungBoy’s songs “Gunsmoke,” “Life Support,” and “Lonely Child” to link him to a FN handgun that he allegedly had on him when he was detained. These lyrics were later excluded from the case.

“These lyrics are highly prejudicial as they discuss hardcore rap which has been empirically established to be more negatively received than other genres of music,” YoungBoy’s legal team argued.

“It would be one thing if the music described this arrest. But a song referencing a similar gun well before the gun in the indictment was purchased … offer[s] very minimal probative value and [is] substantially outweighed by the prejudice contained within the words of the songs.”

They continued, “Even if Mr. Gaulden is familiar with various models of guns and sings about them, it does not mean that he knew this particular gun was secreted on the passenger floor of the Maybach when police attempted to pull his car over to arrest him.”

On March 22, 2021, YoungBoy was apprehended in Los Angeles following a brief chase in his car and even on foot, which ended when police discovered him in a neighbor’s garden.

When the Baton Rouge native left his L.A. residence, police attempted to pull him over because they believed he had an outstanding warrant against him. Police reportedly found a FN.45 handgun in YB’s car after searching it, which they connected to YB’s possession and led to his detention.

“They have no fingerprint evidence to submit to you that indicates that he handled that firearm,” YoungBoy’s attorney James P. Manasseh told the court. “They will not have any DNA evidence that they can present to you that will indicate that his DNA is on that firearm.

“In fact, what they’re going to show is that there are five different DNA profiles on that gun. So many that they can’t really identify and say whose might have been on it.”

The federal trial for YoungBoy is scheduled to last four days. In Louisiana, he is still up against a different firearms lawsuit.

YOUTUBERS FOR USING HIS MUSIC: NBA YOUNGBOY SAYS: ‘GET A REAL JOB,’

YouTubers that use NBA YoungBoy’s songs in their videos irritate him. On Sunday (May 8), the Baton Rouge rapper took to Instagram to tell YouTubers to “get a real job,” while also requesting that his label block users from playing his songs on their channels.

“Atlantic ban my music from all YouTubers – get a real job,” he wrote. “Ha ha ha ion like you neither wait on my funeral.”

NBA YoungBoy said Atlantic Records assumed the tweet was about them shortly after making the comments. He also believes the label is attempting to sue him when his contract expires.

“Everything y’all post, Atlantic try to make it seem like I’m talking about them so they can try to sue me once the time’s up,” he said in a voice note posted on Akademiks’ Instagram. “Man, tell them people suck my dick. Leave me alone, bitch. Ain’t nobody talking about y’all. I hate y’all bitches. I hate y’all more than y’all hate me. Leave me alone.”

YoungBoy has already expressed his dissatisfaction with Atlantic. He accused the label of preventing his Colors mixtape from reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200 list and of advising musicians not to sign with them in February.

“Why black ball me I’m the good guy !!!??” he wrote. “I was going #1 two weeks straight with a mixtape so they took it down off the charts. I don’t give a fuck you still can’t stop me don’t sign to Atlantic if you a artist they not gone support you especially if you live a certain way.”

He wrote in another post, “Don’t sign to Atlantic. Trust me.”

NBA YoungBoy’s next album, The Last Slimeto, will be released on August 5 through Never Broke Again and Atlantic Records. He released 11 tracks from the 30-track album in April.

IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET RELEASE ON BOND, AN NBA YOUNGBOY PROPOSES RELOCATING TO UTAH

Since his arrest in March, NBA YoungBoy has been held in the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center in St. Martinville, Louisiana, on weapons and narcotics allegations.

YB’s legal team’s newest plan to win their client’s freedom entails him relocating full-time to his Utah house, despite the fact that he’s been refused bond many times. YoungBoy — born Kentrell Gaulden — had his attorneys make their case for relocation during a public hearing on Monday, according to The Advocate (October 18).

https://twitter.com/WaveCheck__/status/1450158309126803456?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1450158309126803456%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fhiphopdx.com%2Fnews%2Fid.65304%2Ftitle.nba-youngboy-proposes-relocating-to-utah-in-attempt-to-get-release-on-bond

Chief U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick had already rejected the idea of awarding YoungBoy Never Broke Again bail and has expressed no interest in altering her mind, citing “reckless, illegal and dangerous behavior.” Dick’s decision has yet to be announced as of press time.

In exchange for his possible Utah release, the Baton Rouge native will be subjected to tight house imprisonment, with a home studio erected to allow him to continue working. YoungBoy also promised to hire a private security force to monitor and safeguard his estate’s grounds against unwanted guests.

YoungBoy has just acquired a home in North Utah so that he could be closer to one of his boyhood instructors. He has allegedly spent the last decade in Utah with her extended family, staying out of trouble whenever he visits the Mormon State.

Another stumbling block to his release is the fact that the 21-year-old was allegedly involved in a recent brawl within the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center.

Despite being jailed, NBA YoungBoy managed to top the charts by becoming the third rapper to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200, following 2Pac and Lil Wayne, with his Sincerely, Kentrell album, which was released in September.
