OVER A $1 BILLION “POWER” LAWSUIT, 50 CENT IS ACCUSED OF CONFRONTING AN EX-DRUG LORD AT HIS HOME

An ex-drug lord who was being sued for $1 billion in connection with his Power series is said to have been confronted by 50 Cent.

In 2021, Corey “Ghost” Holland Sr. filed a ten-figure lawsuit against 50 Cent, Courtney Kemp, and the STARZ network over allegations that Power was based on his life. At the time, the allegations were refuted by 50’s legal team.

AllHipHop is now reporting that 50 allegedly visited Ghost’s home twice in either July or August 2021.

“A few days later 50 Cent shows up about a half mile from plaintiff home, and plaintiff sees the same truck that pulled into his driveway at the 50 Cent event,” the legal documents read. “So plaintiff realizes it was either defendant Jackson or his Entourage who decided to ‘Pull Up.’

“When you looking for a confrontation your honor, this is what people say, nowadays. Up to this point, plaintiff had ignored a lot of ‘subliminal attacks’ on him online, but now 50 Cent is bringing the drama right to plaintiff front yard.

“So plaintiff responded to 50 Cent they way any normal person would respond to a possible threat, plaintiff prepared himself for whatever was go happen.”

It was “clear” that 50 Cent wanted to confront him, according to Corey “Ghost” Holland Sr., who said the group was armed.

“Plaintiff wanted to know why 50 Cent came to his home, but plaintiff couldn’t get past 50 Cent security,” the documents continued. “The men in the truck returned, repeated the same intimidation tactic and left, but this time they appeared to be armed.

“So plaintiff family ARM themselves, cause defendant Jackson, came back to plaintiff neighborhood for a second time, but once again security protected him.

“Plaintiff again tried to get to him and ask why is he coming to his home and neighborhood, but security prevented that, it’s clear your Honor, he was seeking a confrontation, and came very close to getting what he came for.”

Ghost earlier said that 50 Cent’s friends had been “bullying” him and threatening to kill him.

JAM MASTER JAY: Important witness in homicide case accused of misidentification

Jam Master Jay’s continuing murder trial is in a difficult position as a result of the accusation that one of the prosecution’s main witnesses is “unreliable.”

Key witness Lydia High has been accused of misidentification in court records obtained by AllHipHop from the defense firm of Ezra Spilke, who is now defending alleged gunman Ronald Washington.

According to reports, Spilke noted “impairing factors” in High’s decision-making in a letter to Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall, including “the suspect being partially disguised, a cross-racial and cross-ethnic identifications and identification procedures susceptible to bias.”

“At this time, we anticipate that at least four of these factors will be at play here, namely: weapon focus; high stress triggered by aggressive behavior; a long delay between the event and the identification; and co-witness feedback,” the docs read.

The night JMJ was shot dead, Lydia High was at the recording studio. She first stated that “[t]wo black guys entered the [sitting room] and both men had firearms. One man entered and stayed at the doorway while the other, who was carrying a rifle and wearing a knit wool mask, told Lydia [High] to get on the ground.

“The man with the mask then ordered Mr. Mizell to the floor, at which time Uriel Rincon stood up to assist…Mr. Mizell. The man with the mask then shot Mr. Mizell, fired another shot and fled out of the doorway with the other man.”

Spilke contends that this is untrue and that “according to Ms. High, only the shooter was wearing a mask.”

“Ms. High, who was interviewed by the police shortly after the shooting, failed to identify as a participant Mr. Washington, whom she later told the authorities she had known for ‘numerous years,” Spilke wrote.

“Nine months after the shooting, Ms. High’s account changed in that she then knew the identity of one of the participants: Washington, whom she identified from a photo array.

He continued: “In identifying Washington, High told the police that he was the person who pointed a gun at her and told her to ‘get on the ground’ while the masked person shot Mizell.”

Dr. Geoffrey Loftus would most likely testify during the upcoming trial, according to the defense. They will utilize Loftus, an experimental psychologist who has knowledge of eyewitness identification, visual perception, and human memory, to oppose High’s recall of the crime.

“We anticipate that Dr. Loftus will first testify that the conditions of the event that Ms. High will be asked to recall strongly impeded her ability to form accurate memory of the event,” the docs continue. “These conditions include a likely lack of attention on Ms. High’s part to the shooters’ appearances, along with the high-stress and weapon-focus factors.”

They conclude: “Ms. High’s identifications of Mr. Washington from the photo lineup or in open court may be unreliable for multiple reasons. Dr. Loftus’s descriptions of these reasons to the jury will provide the jurors with critical scientific information based on which they can allocate appropriate weight to Ms. High’s identifications. For these reasons, Dr. Loftus’s testimony is relevant and will be helpful to the trier of fact.”

On October 30, 2002, Jam Master Jay was murdered inside his studio in Jamaica, Queens; 20 years later, Ronald Washington and Karl Jordan Jr. were charged with the crime.

Although the jury selection process is allegedly under progress, the court has not yet set a date for the trial.

KELIS DISCLAIMS THAT DURING THE CALIFORNIA SNOWSTORM, SHE NEARLY FELL OFF A CLIFF.

During this past weekend’s epic blizzard in California, Kelis stated that she came dangerously close to falling and documented the incident on social media.

The “Milkshake” hitmaker is seen wrapped up in a video that was posted on Instagram on Sunday (February 26) where she speaks to the camera. The beeping of a rescue truck may be heard close.

“So here’s the thing: my truck got stuck. It’s like hanging off a cliff now,” Kelis says as the wind whips in the background. “Its crazy how the tow truck actually made it.

“We’ve been outside for a while, but we had all our snowboarding gear so God is good, and I figured if you’re going to be in this situation, you should at least look your best.”

She continued: “So I’m wearing layers to keep warm. I’ve got my light on which is good because it’s pitch black out here…you know, things could be worse. This is rescue fashion. See? Always be prepared.”

When the mishap occurred, Kelis said in the caption, she was attempting to take her kids skiing.

“My plan was to take the kids to the snow , but we almost fell off a cliff” she wrote. “So make the best of what ya got, [and] always be prepared lol.”

The strange weather isn’t only affecting musicians like Kelis. After waking up to bitter cold and wind chill, Jim Jones and his fellow New Yorkers revised their “Weavahman Jim” personas earlier this week.

“Man, fuck this weather and whoever the fuck is in charge because the shit is just not adding up at this fucking point anymore,” he barked in a video posted on Instagram. “A n-gga told me it was damn near 80 in Philly yesterday and snowing in New York today. The shit is just goin’ wild.

“What’s next? A n-gga don’t even know how to get dressed anymore. There was no snow advisory. N-gga, I don’t make the weather, I report the weather. So someone gotta tell me what’s going on, ya heard? Fuck it, no Air Force 1’s. Baby girl, you could do the Uggs and shit like that.”

After her husband Mike Mora passed away at the age of 37 from stage 4 cancer in September of last year, Kelis has kept a low profile in the music world.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Kelis said she was grateful for the opportunity to say goodbye slowly.

“It wasn’t something that was sudden,” she said. “We were able to prepare, and love, and say goodbye. We were able to spend the time that we needed to, as much as we were given, the best way that we could. Is it a great situation? No, it’s freaking awful, but I am grateful.”

She added: “It was out of our hands from the beginning. We’re just grateful for what we had. It’s part of life.”

BIRDMAN’S BROTHER IS SNAPPED ON BY BOOSIE BADAZZ OVER SNITCHING ACCUSATIONS

Terrance Williams, the brother of Birdman, has come under fire from Boosie Badazz after Terrence was accused of being a snitch during a TV appearance.

Williams was referring to an interview that took place in 2017, not long after Boosie, then known as Lil Boosie, claimed that the Biloxi police department had stolen more than $1 million worth of his jewels during an incident at the Mississippi Edgewater Mall.

The jewelry was finally “found” and given to Boosie when the Baton Rouge native threatened legal action, despite police denials of any theft.

Shortly after speaking with NewsOne Now about the situation, the “Wipe Me Down” rapper received a call from the Biloxi police. He then returned to the camera to voice his frustration.

“They said nothing was recovered out the van, no valuables or nothing, now my sack is at the police station with all my jewelry in there and they’re telling me to come and get it,” Boosie said.

When the reporter followed up by asking Boosie if he would continue to take the Biloxi police department to court, Boosie responded: “We’re sending private investigators down there to build our case. This is a criminal case and a civil case, so this is only the beginning man.”

Williams then questioned whether Boosie could be excused after making remarks about criminal cases live on air on Instagram.

“I understand the civil case, but do real street Steppas get a pass when they give statements on criminal cases?” he wrote. “Is this the only time they can get on the stand and it will be okay sending someone to jail?”

Terrance Williams’ comments offended Boosie Badazz, who has for years mocked anyone he views as a rat, so he tried to turn the tables on Terrance by calling him a snitch as well.

“YOU A [PUNK] N A CERTIFIED RAT YOU WAS N YAZOO GETTING FUCKED N FUCKING N-GGAS,” Boosie tweeted alongside a photo of Williams as a young man sitting on someone’s lap next to four other gentlemen. The photo includes a caption of its own which reads: “Gangsta Williams (seated) and 4 New Orleans OG’s (RIP).”

“LOOK AT YOU ON THIS PIC.BOY YOU BITCH,” Boosie continued. “U MAKE NEW ORLEANS LOOK BAD LOL. That boy can’t wait to LEave r the club n suck at sick look at him he bout to rub his dick right now BOY YOU A HOE.”

A second image of Williams seated for a VladTV interview was subsequently inserted by Boosie. Underneath the picture, there is a search box that reads: “gay picture of gangsta birdman.”

“NEW ORLEANS SHOULD BAN THIS DUDE THIS IS THE WORST KINDA N-GGA. HE A RAT, A FAMILY SNAKE, N A HOMOSEXUAL PLAYIN GANGSTER WHAT GO ON N THE PEN DONT STAY N THE PEN NO MO CLOWN LOL,” Boosie wrote.

Boosie’s emotional response comes after he recently criticized T.I. for claiming in an episode of his expediTIously podcast from August 2020 that he falsely blamed his late cousin Toot for a gun case in order to escape going to jail before he became well-known.

“With the T.I. situation, if he did that – you a fucking rat too,” Boosie told VladTV last week. “I don’t spare no muthafuckin’ body. Because if you doing anything wrong, you doing anything criminal and you cooperate with law enforcement to get you out of trouble – that means you’re cooperating. That means you’re a rat.”

CEO of 1501 CARL CRAWFORD Issues an Apology to Megan Thee Stalllion

After a protracted and contentious legal dispute, Megan Thee Stallion has gotten an apology from her label’s CEO, Carl Crawford of 1501 Certified Ent.

Since late 2019, when Megan reportedly did so without 1501’s knowledge and signed a management contract with JAY-Roc Z’s Nation, the Houston Hottie and former MLB player have been at odds.

A few months later, Meg sued 1501, claiming that the Houston-based company had prevented her from releasing songs and would not agree to renegotiate the conditions of her contract, which Roc Nation had found to be problematic.

In February 2022, she sued 1501 again, this time seeking the court to rule that her 2021 effort Something For Thee Hotties satisfied the legal definition of an album and so counted toward her contract’s fulfillment. The product was referred to as a “bullshit ass mixtape” by Crawford when the label countersued the following month.

Meg renewed her case after the publication of her sophomore album Traumazine in August 2022, asking for $1 million in damages and arguing that the project had fulfilled the terms of her contract with 1501, allowing her to leave.

Carl Crawford has expressed regret for his breakup with Megan Thee Stallion, admitting he made “mistakes” and promising to stop disparaging her in public while acknowledging that their legal dispute looks to still be unresolved.

“Me and Megan, we haven’t talked since 2019,” he told TMZ. “We’ve been going through, I guess, what you guys see online and it’s unfortunate because I never wanted to have a situation where I was, you know, going back and forth with her on the internet.

“I never had any problems with Megan Thee Stallion. It’s just the social media stuff, it turned really, really sour. You take this social media part out of it, we don’t have a problem … I’m done with that.”

He added: “You not gon’ hear me mention Megan Thee Stallion name in the media unless I’m doing something like this. You not gon’ see me texting or making a post or doing any of that stuff that would cause social media to go crazy.”

Last April, Crawford stoked the fires of their conflict by posting a video of him dancing with Tory Lanez in a bar. Two years ago, Megan claimed Lanez shot her in the foot during a drunken argument; he was found guilty this past December.

Crawford explained that he had no loyalty to Tory Lanez and acknowledged that his incendiary tweet was a “petty” action on his side.

“Oh, the thing is with that, I don’t stand with nobody in that situation,” he explained. “That’s none of my business. You get caught up in the internet stuff and doing stuff just to — I don’t know if we can just use the word petty, ’cause there’s been a lot of petty stuff going on.

“I normally don’t do stuff like that. I think I just got wrapped up in the whole scheme of things that was going on. We all make mistakes. I’m not on nobody’s side with that. I was just… I don’t even know.”

Crawford blamed his actions on his “competitive nature” as a former professional athlete and “competitive nature.”

“Just call it, I don’t know, competitive nature,” he said. “Playing sports, you’re used to people yelling at you and you go back and forth, so I kinda got caught up in that game a little bit which I probably shouldn’t have done because I’m in a different game now, and I can’t just treat it as a fan yelling at me and I get to yell back.”

After their high-profile argument with Megan, Carl Crawford recently appointed industry veteran Kai “Verse” Tyler as the label’s new president in an effort to restore 1501’s “bad” reputation.

In a conversation with TMZ, Tyler stated that 1501 has no ill will against Megan Thee Stallion, JAY-Z, or Roc Nation and characterized Crawford’s alliance with Tory Lanez as the young music executive’s naiveté.

“At the end of the day, [Carl] doesn’t know him,” he said. “Once again, a guy that doesn’t know the business of music and that politics side … ‘Don’t stand with this player because the Red Sox might not like it later.’ He doesn’t understand that’s how we move in the business of music.”

Carl Crawford’s apology has not yet received a response from Megan Thee Stallion. Since the start of Tory Lanez’s shooting trial in December, the “Savage” hitmaker has kept a low profile, although she did reappear earlier this month to mark her 28th birthday.

Megan was surprised by friends and family at her birthday celebration, which was hosted in what looked to be a posh restaurant, as shown in a video that went viral on social media.

MASTER P CONSIDERES THAT MEEK MILL’S MMG DEAL WITH RICK ROSS WASN’T “STRAIGHT” “I WALKED AWAY”

Master P has opened up about his experience as Meek Mill’s manager and said that his contract with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group wasn’t the best.

The No Limit CEO discussed managing Meek and attempting to steer him in the right route when it came to signing a deal during an appearance on the The Gauds Show podcast. P claims that he informed Meek that he didn’t need to sign with anyone since he was a natural talent and recognized it.

“I was Meek Mill’s manager. Me and James, when he first started,” he said. “So, let me tell you why I stopped. I knew that Meek was talented, at the beginning. We had that song. I was like, ‘Meek, you don’t need to sign with nobody.’ Meek was like, ‘I’m gonna sing with Ross.’ I had looked at the contract and Ross a good dude. But he ain’t have his business straight.”

Master P continued: “Ross got his shit together now. He a boss. But I’m saying, at that time, you evolving, I seen it, I had the crystal ball, but [Meek] ain’t want to listen. I told James, ‘Hey, it’s cool, you gon’ handle that.’ I ain’t never got mad at Meek, I just walked away from the deal ’cause if you don’t see what I see. I been there already.”

The presenter pointed out that Master P would have gotten all the responsibility if he had continued to be a part of that transaction, and the creator of No Limit agreed but added that God’s plan will always work out.

“But look what God did, he had to go find out on his own, and now he’s in a better position,” he said. “But I’m tellin’ you, I knew he was a boss from jump.”

The problems Meek Mill has had with labels are widely known. The Philadelphian resorted to Twitter in October 2021 to voice his concerns under an unnamed label. Meek claimed that he had not received any money and was unaware of the amount that his label had deducted from his earnings.

“I haven’t get [sic] paid from music and i don’t know how much money labels make off me,” Meek wrote in a since-deleted tweet. “I need lawyers asap!!!”

He added: “Ask the record label? how much have you spent on me as a artist? then you ask how much have you made off me as a artist? i’m about to make my record deal public by monday just to let the world see what these people on!!!”

Many believed Meek’s remark to be the culmination of years of persistent rumors of conflict within the MMG group. In contrast, Rick Ross addressed the claims in a December 2021 interview with Billboard.

Rozay claims that no matter what the situation is between him and his musicians, he always wants them to be successful.

“I feel like we’re both hustlers,”  When asked about the status of their relationship, Ross said. “That’s one thing about life, you either grow together or grow apart. As a boss, you make that decision, because whatever it is you want to do, Ricky Rozay wants to see you do it. There’s a lot of people that didn’t last or was still down with me the way Meek is — so I want to see the homie shine regardless.”

BOOSIE BADAZZ DOESN’T ‘ACCEPT’ THAT HIS DAUGHTER IS A LESBIAN, BUT HE STILL ‘LOVES’ HER

Boosie Badazz has spoken out about his daughter Poison Ivi coming out as a lesbian. He claims that despite their struggles with “accepting” her sexuality owing to their religious convictions, he and his family still adore her.

While he has passionately opposed homosexuality in the past, the native of Baton Rouge joined DJ Vlad for another explosive interview where he pondered on the time he heard of his oldest daughter’s sexual inclinations.

“Even though it won’t be accepted as far as — because I don’t want nobody in my other family to think it’s okay,” he explained. “But what she does, we’re gonna love her to death. But at the same time, our Southern family has never been that way.

“It’s never been accepted. But at the same time, she’s grown and she can do what the hell she wants. She’s old enough to know what she wants and that’s her.”

Boosie continued: “I learned of it through social media. Like you, I woke up to it… She never came to me and talked to me about relationships.”

Boosie Badazz has consistently spoken out against homosexuality to the extent where he has even projected a future in which there will only be gay people.

Also, he has used derogatory language to refer to Zaya, Dwyane Wade’s transgender daughter, and Lil Nas X.

“It’s sad how y’all trying to force this gay stuff on the world,” he said in 2021. “It’s sad, bro, how y’all tryin’ to ban artists. Y’all sad, bro. It’s sad, bro. In 10 years, it ain’t gonna be normal for a kid to be straight.

“Y’all tryin’ force it on these kids. You pushin’ it on the artists, push it on all the biggest artists. You know why? ‘Cause the kids love those artists.”

Poison Ivi (actual name Iviona Hatch), the 40-year-gifted old’s rapper daughter, made her first public appearance to announce her connection with her partner in January.

AVRIL LAVIGNE AND TYGA ARE SUSPECTED TO BE DATEING

Tyga and singer Avril Lavigne were allegedly photographed together over the weekend in California, leading to dating rumors.
These images from Sunday night outside Nobu in Los Angeles show the two musicians “getting really comfortable around each other,” according to TMZ (February 19).

According to reports, Tyga and Lavigne dined at the establishment with “a few others,” and according to TMZ, the two of them seemed to “hitting it off.”

Although departing in the same car, the two were seen cuddling in the parking lot as if to say farewell.

According to sources who spoke to TMZ, the two have been spending a lot of time together lately, although it’s not clear if things are romantic.

Avril Lavigne and Tyga reportedly began following each other on Instagram on January 7 according to a fan account.

The singer/rapper Mod Sun proposed to Avril Lavigne in Paris in March 2022 after the two had been dating for nearly a year.

Mod Sun attended a pre-Grammys party with Avril Lavigne in February, but he didn’t appear to be at the same dinner as Tyga on Sunday.

Kylie Jenner, Iggy Azalea, Blac Chyna, Camaryn Swanson, Bella Poarch, Amina Blue, Tammy Hembrow, Sophia Body, and Jordan Craig are just a few of the famous people that Tyga has dated in the past.

Tyga talked about splitting with Kylie Jenner in February 2018 and that the two had no problems.

“It was a relationship that was in front of the world, and that was it,” he told Akademiks on Everyday Struggle. “She has her new life, I have my new life. And that’s it, you know what I mean? It’s no bad blood, no problems. We communicate here and there. People love the drama.”

MASTER P WOULD LIKE A LAW TO BE PASSED TO PREVENT HIS FORMER ARTISTS FROM COMPLAINTS.

Master P is fed up with his previous musicians criticizing him after leaving his label, and it appears that the frustration is related to recent remarks made by Fat Trel.

The No Limit tycoon appeared as a guest on The Gauds Show’s most recent episode, which was released on Thursday (February 16). P made some light-hearted digs throughout the interview while jokingly proposing that a statute of limitations be applied after seven years of leaving his label.

“I think people wanna do and say what they wanna do after time go by. Like another guy said, ‘Oh P said he was gonna do [a sequel to] Menace II Society,’ he began – referencing Trel’s recent conversation on No Jumper. “How could I do Menace II Society? Go check have I ever said that in anything. You can’t find me saying it. So what I did say was I was going to do a movie like Menace II Society.”

He continued: “Back then I had a movie in mind. It was called Get Money. But at the time, Gucci Mane kept going to jail. So I was thinking on him, putting a couple people in the movie with him – some other young boys with him. But he kept going to jail. It’s crazy how this generation will act like you just said that yesterday but that was 12 or 15 years ago. Why is that a topic? That don’t even make sense, but that let me know, oh, they scared of you.”

He proceeded by saying that the moment an artist told him they wanted to quit, he always tore up the contract.

“I’m like, ‘How could an artist be mad with me?’” P asked. “Let me tell y’all – and I want all y’all to know this – this what my motto was: If you don’t wanna be with me, I don’t wanna be with you. It’s almost like in a relationship. I ain’t trying to hold you back.”

“That’s what I call ungratefulness. If you moved on 10 or 15 or 20 years after me, why is you talking about me? I forgot about y’all! For real. I’m the only thing you can talk about?”

“It should be a law. After seven years, you shouldn’t be allowed to go on no podcast and talk about nobody. Think about it! It’s a statute of limitations. If you ain’t been around that person in over seven years, please, you don’t deserve to talk about them.”

No Jumper welcomed Trel’s presence last month. The D.C.-based rapper said during the interview that he quit Master P’s group early in his career after being promised a part in a Menace 2 Society sequel that never materialized.

Trel, on the other hand, said P forced him to record for a band he never consented to join and even started selling the songs online without first handing him a contract.

“I felt like we was recording too much music because I’m like, ‘We here for the movie, bruh,’” Trel said. “I been living here for about seven months, I haven’t started an acting class, we no longer spoke about the scripts, the movie never ever came up. You know we doing video shoots and photo shoots and we got shirts pressed up that say Louie V Mob and he calling us the Louie V Mob and outside of the money that he was paying me monthly, I was receiving nothing for all of the music I’m putting out!”

Trel said, “He eventually quit and never looked back, and he never bothered to talk to Master P about it after that because he had no respect for him.”

Allen Hughes, a director on Menace II Society, subsequently said that neither he nor his brother had ever been approached by Master P or anybody else from his team about working on a Menace 2 Society sequel.

“This is the first I’m hearing of this,” Hughes said “I respect P tremendously but would never approve a sequel to Menace, never.”

REMY MA THINKS THE MEGAN THEE STALLION AND TORY LANEZ VERDICT WAS AFFECTED BY THE MEDIA

Remy Ma has hinted that she thinks the media had an effect on the outcome of the 2022 court case involving Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion.

Rem and fellow guest Hitman Holla were recently questioned by the host of The Jason Lee Show if they thought that people’s behavior reflected the trending hashtag “Protect Black Women.” Lee made a point of mentioning the care Megan Thee Stallion had both before and throughout the trial related to her 2020 shooting.

Jason Lee said that Remy Ma could be unsure about whether Meg was shot as Hitman Holla responded that, despite the guilty judgment, he feels there is no way to determine precisely what occurred in the case. She then said, “I don’t know. I wasn’t present.

Remy returned to the subject of the well publicized trial after acknowledging that she does not believe Black women are supported universally, but she refrained from taking a side or even naming Meg or Tory Lanez by name.

“I feel like when it comes to public cases, the media convicts people and the media determines what a verdict is,” she said. “And coming from somebody who was on trial before, everything is never 100 percent on each side. So each side is gonna bend [things] so that it goes to whatever caters to them. So I just feel like a lot of times, especially when it comes to celebrities, everybody go with who’s their favorite.”

Tory Lanez’s attorney also indicated in January that his client might not have received a fair trial. Jose Baez, the lawyer, claimed “numerous errors” he felt were committed during the Megan Thee Stallion shooting trial as the root of the problem.

During a party at Kylie Jenner’s home in the Hollywood Hills in July 2020, the Canadian rapper shot Megan in the foot during an argument while intoxicated, and he was found guilty of the crime in December.

Yet, the trial might have gone quite differently, according to Lanez’s new attorney, who is best known for helping Casey Anthony avoid prison and former NFL star Aaron Hernandez win a double murder case.

“Looking at this case, I certainly wish I had come in sooner as opposed to later,” he told TMZ. “Unfortunately, this is the way that it is, but he’s got me now and I’m certainly willing to give him everything I have and hopefully, we’ll get the best result possible for him.

“As you may know, Tory has never been convicted of a crime and he has never had to deal with the circumstances that he’s dealing with, so the adjustment that he’s going through is new to him. To his credit, he’s listening to his lawyers, he’s an incredibly articulate young man.”

He added: “In all of that, there are things that certainly in the trial he wished had gone the other way … He’s trying his best to adjust to everything. In light of the fact that he’s never been in this situation before, it’s really a tough process to go through.”

In relation to the alleged incident, Tory Lanez was found guilty on three counts: criminal assault with a semiautomatic handgun, possession of a hidden, unregistered firearm, and grossly negligent discharge of a firearm.

He’s sentenced to 22 years and 8 months in jail and deported to Canada. Due to a reorganization of his legal team, the 30-year-old rapper’s punishment, which was originally scheduled to take place on January 27, has now been postponed until February 28. яндекс

Together with Baez, Tory has also retained the services of criminal appeals expert Matthew Barhoma and seasoned attorney David Kenner, who is well known for helping Snoop Dogg win his 1993 murder case and having previously defended Suge Knight.

His three convictions would be overturned if the move for a new trial were to be filed, which the attorneys are now preparing to do.
