SADA BABY, RAPPER OF ‘WHOLE LOTTA CHOPPAS,’ REVEALS HOW LONG HE’S BEEN ‘KLEAN’ FROM LEAN.

Whether it’s a trend or not, an increasing number of rappers are foregoing the slim and prescription drugs in favor of a healthy lifestyle. Sada Baby, according to a recent Instagram post, is the latest musician to implement a “no lean” policy.

The rapper of “Whole Lotta Choppas” stated he had decided to retire over five months ago but kept quiet for fear of seeming to be joining the bandwagon.

“I ain’t been tellin y’all every month like I started and was doin about how long I’ve been klean wit no lean because right now it seems like a trend and I go wit my mood not trends,” he wrote. “I been quit and I ain’t relapsed.

“Ima turn this 5 months of workin on my attitude and myself as a person and artist into the rest of my life. Binko I got two more habits to kick and god willing it’ll happen and ima delete this post when I wake up im just ventin, never need attention.”

600Breezy, a Lil Durk affiliate, has also left. He stated on Wednesday (September 29) that he’d ditched slim and prescription medications in favor of a new workout routine.

“7 months clean,” he wrote in the caption. “No Lean No Pills No hard drugs at all. 6’5 240 pounds, Gym 3-4 times a week . Take care of yourself , don’t shorten your lifespan following trends.”

NLE Choppa announced an anti-lean challenge in June, asking rappers like Moneybagg Yo to ditch the purple drink and replace it with a cup of chlorophyll for every pint of cough syrup consumed.

“I Have A New Challenge For Rappers. For Every Pint of Lean, Or Even Alcohol, Drink A Pint Of Chlorophyll,” he wrote at the time. I Wanna Start By Challenging @MoneyBaggYo I’ll Bring This To You Personally Fam Purple heart Order Here: #Chlorophyllchallenge.”

Sada Baby could have picked up on the message.
