SOULJA BOY HATES KANYE WEST AFTER HE WAS REMOVED FROM THE ‘DONDA’ ALBUM.

Kanye West’s 10th studio album, Donda, has been a hot subject since his many public listening parties, delayed album release, and eventual release on Sunday (August 29).

Kanye made many adjustments to the album along the way, including flying out several producers and musicians to finalize it.

Over the weekend, fans realized DaBaby’s verse on “Jail” had been removed and replaced with JAY Z’s-original, causing confusion. Soulja Boy is now speaking out after being omitted off the song “Remote Control.”

A fan asked the “Crank Dat” rapper what he thought of Donda not long after the album debuted, and he responded with a tweet: “IDK how to feel, Kanye sent me that song ‘remote control’ and I don’t hear my verse on it…hmm fuck that n-gga.”

Fans of Kanye West, on the other hand, have been consuming the album like it’s their last meal. The 27-track project has contributions from Lil Baby, JAY-Z, Travis Scott, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, and others, although Kanye’s rapping is limited.

But, according to Chart Data, Donda has already proven to be a massive hit, with almost 100 million global Spotify listens in its first 24 hours, making it the second-largest album launch ever on the streaming platform.

Kanye West hosted an extravagant listening party for his upcoming album Donda — and then didn’t release it, almost like Groundhog Day. But, honestly, who’s shocked at this point? With each project, whether it was Nas’ NASIR or his own solo effort, his album rollouts have gotten messier with time.

This one has been by far the most difficult. Following two public listening sessions on July 23 and August 6 at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Kanye returned to the drawing board to reportedly tighten up his tenth studio album.

Kanye West sold out Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago on Thursday (August 26), forcing fans to wait nearly three hours over the planned start time.

Meanwhile, in the midst of the field, a copy of his boyhood house with a cross on the roof and bellows of fog waiting eerily while nothing occurred.

The famous cry of “Donda, Donda, Donda” began at 10:50 p.m. CT, and the party was up and running — finally. A rather out of place Marilyn Manson hung out on the porch with Kanye, who was wearing a full-face mask once more.

Guests set to appear include Kid Cudi, The Weeknd, Roddy Ricch, Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Playboi Carti, Lil Yachty, Fivio Foreign, Don Toliver, Young Thug, Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, Jay Electronica, and The LOX.

However, for the time being, fans will have to wait to see who makes the final cut. The release date has been pushed out to September 3rd, according to Apple Music. Despite the fact that fans are probably getting bored of the delays, Kanye is Kanye.

KANYE WEST ANNOUNCES THE DETAILS OF HIS 3RD ‘DONDA’ LISTENING PARTY IN CHICAGO

Kanye West is returning to his hometown. After reports of a third — or fourth, if you count Las Vegas — Donda listening party surfaced earlier this week, Kanye confirmed it on Wednesday (August 18), confirming plans for a third — or fourth, if you count Las Vegas — Donda listening party, this time in Chicago’s Soldier Field on August 26.

On Instagram, Kanye West disclosed his plans with a flier that says,

While some fans have lost trust in the project, others are excited to hear what other changes Kanye has made to the album’s 20+ tracks. JAY-Z, Travis Scott, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, The Weeknd, Lil Yachty, Ty Dolla $ign, Jay Electronica, The LOX, Griselda, Playboi Carti, Baby Keem, Fivio Foreign, Vory, the late Pop Smoke, Pusha T, and others all appear on Donda, which is a star-studded effort in the style of a DJ Khaled album

Apple Music was the only streamer of Kanye West’s two Atlanta listening events, when he was cooped up temporarily inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

With over 5.4 million viewers, the second event became the most-watched Apple Music exclusive ever. Kanye West allegedly made $7 million in item sales at each of the in-person events, which drew over 40,000 people.

Fans should “expect a more detailed show on a whole other level,” according to Kanye’s confidant Ameer Sudan, who told Billboard.

With the Chicago listening scheduled for next Thursday (August 26), there’s renewed optimism that Donda may eventually drop in the hours after the event on Friday (August 27).

Abou “Bu” Thiam, Kanye’s manager and Akon’s brother, reacted to a fan by claiming the album will “100%” come after the Chicago listening.
