“They scared me a little bit,” he said in May. “It will take some more convincing. I took the initiative, just to see what they was talking about. Let’s just say I went on the first date, but we are not committed [laughs].”
It looks like NBA YoungBoy is expecting his ninth kid.
The 22-year-old rapper reportedly made the announcement on Sunday, September 4, when he shared an Instagram snapshot of his fiance Jazlyn Mychelle’s growing tummy and dazzling engagement ring.
He posted a picture of his growing baby bulge with the remark, “Dåñgērøùš Łōvê,” along with a picture of him taking a mirror selfie with his two small children, a boy and a girl.
On Sunday, YoungBoy also made his YouTube debut with the song and music video “Purge Me,” which offers fans a deeper peek at his home life.
The native of Baton Rouge can be seen cuddling up to several of his small children inside his house while enjoying romantic moments with his pregnant fiancée.
“I won’t hurt you if you don’t hurt me / I ain’t seen you yet, I ain’t worried / I got choppas on the seat, I ain’t worried / Got my daughter upstairs, please don’t try to purge me,” he sings in a high-pitched voice on the hook.”
Earlier this year, NBA YoungBoy proposed to Mychelle, a social media influencer who is also in her early 20s. When he bought a 30-carat diamond-encrusted ring from Philadelphia-based Shyne Jewelers in February, he fuelled engagement rumors.
According to reports, The Last Slimeto artist has five sons and three daughters among his eight offspring from seven separate relationships. Last year, he had his youngest daughter with Mychelle.
Nick Cannon, who announced in August that he is expecting kid number 10, is still ahead of YoungBoy Never Broke Again despite having a sizable (and presumably still expanding) brood.
The Wild ‘N Out actor captioned a video of his pregnancy photoshoot with ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell, “Time Stopped and This Happened,” on Instagram. He continued, “#Sunshine #SonRISE,” implying that the youngster was a male.
After considering getting a vasectomy (“I ain’t looking to populate the Earth completely,” he joked), Cannon received the news but ultimately decided against the snip.
“They scared me a little bit,” he said in May. “It will take some more convincing. I took the initiative, just to see what they was talking about. Let’s just say I went on the first date, but we are not committed [laughs].”
