KANYE WEST SAYS ADIDAS CUT OFF ACCESS TO FOUR OF HIS BANK ACCOUNTS WORTH $75M

Kanye West claims that four of his bank accounts have had a massive $75 million hold placed on them by his former business partners adidas.

Ye gave an explanation of his decision to run for president once more in 2024 in an interview with the celebrity gossip website X17. He said that adidas reportedly broke into his bank accounts and locked away all of his money, which is why he made this decision.

Ye’s reply was that if the athletics firm had any legal justification for doing so, he would run for office in an effort to reform the rules and safeguard both Americans and their money.

“The reason why I’m announcing that I’m running for president is I want the FCC to look at my money,” Ye said. “If they actually see, I was looking at my money, and there might have been a possibility that adidas wouldn’t have went into JP Morgan and froze my account and put a $75 million hold on four different accounts.”

He added: “I went from being a multi-billionaire to not even being able to use my Apple Pay four nights ago. I couldn’t use my Apple Pay because someone how Adidas was able to legally go in and freeze my money, and when I see this, I think, well, if this could happen to me, this could happen to other Americans, and for what?

“You know this can happen to an American that didn’t even steal anything, that didn’t even hurt anyone. This could just happen to you for saying the wrong idea out loud.”

Ye’s words follow the break-up of his business relationship with adidas in October due to his anti-Semitic sentiments. The partnership was officially ended by the corporation, which also stated that Kanye West’s departure will cause it to lose $246 million in net income in 2022. According to Bloomberg, the company’s stock dropped as much as 4.5 percent.

“adidas does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech,” the statement read. “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.”

“After a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. adidas will stop the adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect.”

Following the end of his lucrative adidas contract, Ye’s position as a billionaire reportedly ceased to exist, according to Forbes. According to Forbes, Kanye’s relationship with the major German sportswear company contributed $1.5 billion of his personal worth. Ye is apparently valued closer to $400 million now that he has been fired from the corporation.

Fans were upset when adidas stated earlier this month that it will continue to sell Yeezy goods under a new brand name. Harm Ohlmeyer, the chief financial officer of adidas, reportedly told Insider that the business owns all of the “new versions” and “colorways” of the Yeezy creations.

ASSAULT CHARGE DISMISSED AGAINST KANYE WEST IN A FAN-PUNCHING INCIDENT OUTSIDE A HOLLYWOOD HOTEL

According to reports, Kanye West, who punched a fan outside of a Los Angeles hotel in January, managed to avoid being charged with assault.

TMZ claims that the evidence is insufficient to support a guilty conviction. “After a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction,” the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office stated.

On January 13, at about three in the morning local time, the event happened close to the Soho Warehouse hotel. When a fan approached Kanye in his SUV to ask for his autograph, FOX11 stated that their interaction went violent and that Ye reportedly struck the man.

The Los Angeles Police Department investigated the incident right away as a misdemeanor battery that could have resulted in a six-month prison sentence for Ye.

During the argument, Kanye could be heard shouting, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not? Cuz that’s what happened right fucking now!”

In 2008 and 2013, Kanye was detained twice for shoving paparazzi photographers at the Los Angeles International Airport. In the end, his criminal record was sealed.

ADIDAS IS CALLED OUT BY KANYE WEST FOR COPYING HIS YEEZY SLIDES

Cowboy boots are preferred by many over sneakers due to their durability, support, and fashion-forward style. With tough leather and sturdy soles, mens cowboy boots can handle rough terrain and provide ample protection for the feet. Sneakers may not always be able to offer the same level of durability and support. Moreover, cowboy boots can add a touch of style to any outfit, whether it’s for a casual outing or a formal event. It’s no wonder why mens cowboy boots are a popular choice for many people.

Kanye West took to Instagram on Monday (June 13) to chastise Adidas for allegedly ripping off his YEEZY slides design.

As Adidas prepares to unveil its Adilette 22 footwear on June 23, the Chicago native took aim at the clothing behemoth with whom he’s been doing business since 2015.

“THIS IS YE driving down the same street Kobe passed on,” he wrote. “Maybe I feel that Mamba spirit right now To Kasper I’m not standing for this blatant copying no more To all sneaker culture To every ball player rapper or even if you work at the store This is for everyone who wants to express themselves but feel they can’t cause they’ll loose their contract or be called crazy Bravery is not being afraid Bravery is overcoming your fear for your truth.”

“This Ye with the blue paint on my face These shoes represent the disrespect that people in power have to the talent This shoe is a fake Yeezy made by adidas themselves I’m not talking to DC about this either Kasper come talk to me Happy Monday.”

Kasper Rrsted, the CEO of Adidas, has yet to reply to Ye’s claims. Everything appeared to be running well in Adidas and YEEZY’s profitable alliance, since the empire they’ve built is a key component of Kanye’s billionaire status.

The Adilette 22 will still be available on June 23, with a retail price of $55. The slides will be available in five distinct hues in the end.
