According to reports, Jackboy was detained over the weekend in St. Lucie County, Florida, on suspicion of breaking and entering and cyberstalking.
Jackboy, real name Pierre Delince, was reportedly detained on Saturday (September 16) by the Port St. Lucie Police Department on a number of offenses, including “burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed” and “cyberstalking.”
According to the arrest documents, the accusations are related to a case of domestic abuse involving a romantic partner. After getting arrested on Saturday morning, Jackboy posted a $5,000 bail to get out on the open road.

In 2023, the owner of 1804 Records has mostly kept a modest profile in the music industry. He released the gritty video for his track “Problems” to round off August before having a quiet trip in Costa Rica earlier this month.

While the arrest is the most recent setback in Jackboy’s life, the rapper almost died in a near-fatal vehicle accident in September.
Despite being totaled, Jackboy believes that his life was saved by the indestructible shell of his black Chevy SUV.
“Damn, dawg!” he says in one clip as he examines the wreckage. “Wrecked my fucking car, dawg. N-gga almost fucking died. If this bitch wasn’t bulletproof, I woulda muthafucking died out this bitch. Got damn!”
In the caption of the video, he added: “I Got Hella whips [I ain’t] Tripping #ExpensivePain. I love my cars bullet proof Dey Could Take A Good Hit [sunglasses emoji] I’ll Have It Back In 3 Days.”
