According to the Miami Dade Correctional Center, Fredo Bang contracted COVID-19 while incarcerated after being detained on July 21 in Miami.

Bang was set to perform at Rolling Loud Miami on July 22 when he was apprehended by authorities for a parole violation in his native state of Louisiana. Once he tests negative for COVID-19, the rapper from Baton Rouge is anticipated to be extradited to Louisiana.

Fredo Bang, born Fredrick Givens II, was jailed with Lit Yoshi, a fellow rapper from Miami Lakes. Yoshi and the Def Jam Records signee are said to be part of Top Boy Gorilla, which has been feuding with NBA YoungBoy’s gang.

In 2021, Fredo Bang has remained active in the music industry. While he remains in jail at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, his most recent effort, Murder Made Me, was released on August 6.

States have begun reopening across the United States more than a year after the commencement of the COVID-19 epidemic. Toosii, for one, feels the Popeyes chicken sandwich frenzy of 2019 is partly to blame for the outbreak.

The 21-year-old joined Fox Soul’s The Mix for a game of “Fuck Marry Kill,” and came to the conclusion that the world needed to kill Popeyes in order to move past the pandemic.

“First off, kill Popeyes off rip. Why after the Popeyes chicken sandwich came out, the pandemic was a thing,” Toosii said with a smirk. “Tell me, did the world not go in a hole once Popeyes came out with that chicken sandwich?”

“Toosii is a genius,” Romeo chimed in. “I didn’t think of that conspiracy.”

The “Fuck Marry Kill” game was a perfect match for Toosii’s “F**k Marry Kill” video, which features him throwing a mansion pool party on June 20.

In 2019, Toosii sent out a tweet asking for someone to deliver him a Popeyes chicken sandwich.
