Fowl is a 27 year old recording artist born in Pittsburgh, PA.
Serving in the US Army in the National Guards while attending the University of Pittsburgh.
He began to truly focus on his music early 2016.
His fan base has since been growing at a very rapid pace.
Will has become well-known for his White Collar Stoner Merchandise.
He has quite a vibe on stage as well.
