RACKETEERING, MURDER, AND ARMED ROBBERY CHARGES INDICTED FOR YOUNG THUG & GUNNA

Young Thug and Gunna are reportedly two of 28 defendants indicted in a Fulton County, Georgia indictment. The indictment includes accusations of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, murder, armed robbery, and participation in criminal street gang activities, according to WSB-TV reporter Michael Seiden.

On Monday night, the news organization received exclusive footage of Young Thug getting arrested (May 9). According to the indictment, the Young Stoner Life (YSL) rapper is charged with street gang activity and conspiring to violate the RICO Act, while Gunna is also charged with conspiring to violate the RICO Act.

According to Seiden, Young Thug is facing “serious allegations.” “YSL is a criminal street gang that began in late 2012 in the Cleveland Avenue area of Atlanta,” according to prosecutors, and is linked to the national Bloods gang.

Young Thug was arrested and placed into Fulton County Jail around 10:30 p.m. local time, but Gunna has yet to be apprehended. Thugger will appear in court for the first time on Tuesday (May 10)
